Chair of CIRSF, Professor Luis Morais has now been designated Vice President of the Appeal Panel of the Single Resolution Board (of which he was already a full Member as from the last quarter of 2015). This position is held on an independent capacity which does not interfere with his scientific functions at CIRSF – April 2018
